You have to draw an oval, then a smaller one inside the big oval. Draw a tiny circle inside the small oval. Color in the small oval, leaving the tiny circle white.

Don't draw too long lashes. Otherwise she might look evil.
When making the oval shape at the top, be sure to go in and curve it around the eyes.
The perfect distance between the eyes is as wide as one of her eye is.
There is a tiny part of her eye you can't see because of her nose.
When making eyes, leave a small white circle in the pupil.
